James Head vs. Jason High completes UFC Fight Night 27's 13-bout lineup in Indy

A welterweight bout between James Head (9-3 MMA, 2-2 UFC) and replacement Jason High (16-4 MMA, 0-2 UFC) is the 13th and final addition to next month's UFC Fight Night 27 event.

UFC Fight Night 27 (formerly UFC on FOX Sports 1 2) takes place Aug. 28 at Indianapolis' Bankers Life Fieldhouse. Most of the card airs on FOX Sports 1 following prelims on Facebook.

The Head vs. High matchup, which FoxSports.com first reported, replaces Head vs. Bobby Voelker (24-9 MMA, 0-1 UFC). The latter was recently pulled from the card to replace Siyar Bahadurzada against Robbie Lawler next week on UFC on FOX 8's main card.

Head vs. High will be part of UFC Fight Night 27's prelims.

John Howard replaces Josh Samman, faces Uriah Hall at UFC Fight Night 26

Seven-time UFC veteran John Howard (20-8 MMA, 4-3 UFC) returns to the octagon for the first time in two years at next month's UFC Fight Night 26 event to face "The Ultimate Fighter 17" finalist Uriah Hall (7-3 MMA, 0-1 UFC).

Howard replaces Josh Samman, who himself has replaced Hall's originally scheduled opponent, Nick Ring.

Howard and Hall now meet in a middleweight bout on the FOX Sports 1-televised portion of next month's "UFC Fight Night 26: Shogun vs. Sonnen" event, which takes place Aug. 17 at Boston's TD Garden.

The new booking was first reported by the Boston Herald, and UFC officials subsequently confirmed the change.

Lineker, who's currently ranked No. 7 in the USA TODAY Sports/MMAjunkie.com MMA flyweight rankings, looks for his third straight victory and his 15th in his past 16 fights. After a UFC-debut loss to Louis Gaudinot, the Brazilian has picked up a decision win over Yasuhiro Urushitani and a recent TKO win over Azamat Gashimov.

He meets Tome, who's won 16 straight fights (with one no-contest) since 2008. The 31-year-old, who's fought all over his native Brazil, owns 15 knockouts and 13 submissions in 33 career wins. "No Chance" has never been knocked out in pro competition.

Kelvin Gastellum now fighting Brian Melancon after Paulo Thiago got injured
