Yep! It's been way too long and he doesn't know when he can fight again. He should make a comeback in a few years if possible like a boss. If not, he should gtfo and grab a microphone for commentaries on Facebook fights.

I'm very sorry Dominick but we're going to need to amputate that leg. You left your derrick rose leg wrap on for an extended period of time depriving your leg of all circulation and nutrients to a point were it can not be saved. We're very sorry Dominick but if you could just sign these waivers, surgery is scheduled for Monday.
