I see we now have 2 votes for Homer.

No, Harden has done the best.

Curry is very good as well.

The rest are good, but clearly below the top 2 in my eyes.

I took Harden just ahead of Curry with Griffin third.

Tyreke Evans.

Proof: Rookie of the Year...which means he was the best player from that draft.

If they were all in the draft today, Curry would be picked first.

I think it would depend on the need of the team.

True, but he has really filled in his holes this season and is showing some big time versatility on top of his great shooting. They lost their best big man and he has gone to another level with a sprained ankle in the postseason. It's been pretty cool. Griffin seems like he was the best early but also developed the least. Harden is real close with Curry though, maybe better.

Let's not forget Blake lost a season due to injury. Blake also won rookie of the year and he was actually taken #1 overall unlike some of these other scrubs.

Looks like these other scrubs weren't all hype.

I agree with you. The only knock on Curry is his injuries. I hope he can stay fit. I think if they all stay fit Harden and Curry will end up having the best 2 careers out of that draft.

Griffin needs to learn how to shoot better. He can't be all about dunks and 2 footers when he's 30.

He's the Darko Milicic of the 2009 draft. He play play some defense and rebound but his offense is not NBA level.

It's close but Griffin is number 3 in the MVP race right now. Curry is suffering from having a terrible coach.

Yeah for this season I agree Griffin will be higher on the MVP list. But if I had to guess over the next 3 years which one would get the most consideration for MVP ballot(none have a real chance of winning anytime soon IMO) then I would still lean Harden. But that's just speculation. Griffin has improved his game, but he has also shown promise when healthy.

He is kind of a flopper at times. Which I think is frustrating coming from a guy his size and strength.

I know it doesn't fit this thread but Anthony Davis is legit. The best #1 overall pick since Blake Griffin...probably better.
