| i think Penn beats 95% of the UFC's WW's. That said GSP, Jon Fitch, and Thiago Alves are the guys who i think could give Penn a run for his money. I think he would beat Fitch and a matchup with Alves would be very interesting to watch. GSP probably beats him down again though. _________________ |

| I have Penn beating everyone outside of GSP at 170.
We know that Penn is now in great shape under Marinovich, but we also need to consider that his training regiment now is designed to fight at 155, if he makes another run at 170, I would fully expect the regiment to change a bit, for Penn to put on that weight in a far more constructive fashion then his last foray at 170, and for Penn to be that much more successful. I'd have to pick GSP in the 3rd installment, but it would most def be far more competitive then the 2nd fight.
Penn vs Alves would be sweet. |

| I don't think BJ beats Fitch or Alves. I would actually like to see BJ give up the belt and be added to the list of 170 fighters. Instead of just cleaning out the 155 division and asking for a shot at GSP, he should earn his shot by beating the 170 guys. First up, Josh Koshcheck |

When BJ moved up to fight GSP at 170 he didnt have to climb the ladder cause it was a super fight! The rules are always different for super fights. Kinda the same way Lesnar fought Randy after like 3 fights. |

Oh, I agree. It was a super fight and BJ got his ass handed to him in a total beat down. The grease thing was so ridiculous; bj got beat by a guy who is better than him at that weight. If he wants to fight GSP again he's going to have to, in my opinion, earn it by beating the best fighters at 170. |

| I think he moves before sooner than that. Unless something big happens via free agent, Aldo comes from the WEC, or someone like Condit, Daley, or Hughes drops down from 170. _________________ Who's taking the LHW Title from Bones?

Dana has already said BJ's gonna have to fight a couple other WW's to get another shot at GSP. |

| I think BJ beat fitch hands down. Just cause fitch wouldn't be able to take BJ down, and fitch showed in this last fight his standing defense sucks. Alves on the other hand has a chance against BJ with those heavy hands. But BJ would take him down and sub him. |

| I have a feeling we will see BJ move up in weight to 170 ....but by that time GSP might be going to 185....who knows? |
