PostSubject: Any Rick Ross fans here?   Mon Feb 11, 2013 4:16 pm

Personally i've always thought he was terrible, his flow, his lyrics, all pretty bad. Than i was listening to the Rogan podcast and they had a guy named Rick Ross on the show, only it wasn't the rapper. It was an infamous coke dealer from the 90's who was even involved in iran contra. He got life in prison, so he taught himself how to read in prison, found a hole in his case and is now free, and goes around the country talking to young people about his life, mistakes, and drugs. He essentialy turned his life around and is really trying to do good now.

Now the rapper Rick Ross portrays himself as a drug dealing king pin criminal. Only his name is not rick ross, he isn't and never has been a drug dealer, he has no affiliation to gangs or real criminals, an he actually used to be a corrections officer in Florida. Thats right. The "Boss" used to be a corrections officer. It is thought that during his time as a C.O he came up with the plan to steal the identity of know drug kingpin Freeway Ricki Ross and start his rapping career.

When Freeway Ricki Ross got out of prison he sued the rapper Rick Ross for sole posseion of the name and damages and actually lost. Pretty fucking amazing that you can completely steal someone else's life like that. Pretty sure if me or you did that to someone we would be charged with identity theft. That big fat sorry excuse for a human can get on the cover of rolling stone and get named rapper of the year, for literally stealing someone else's life.

To make it worse Rick Ross is convinced like many delusional rappers now-a-days that he is a freemason and in the illuminati. His song Freemason with Jay-z makes it pretty clear that he thinks he is in some sort of secret society.

When pictures of the rapper show him working as a Corrections officer, Rick Ross said the pictures are fake. His reply was “No, that’s not true” when asked if he had worked as a prison guard. He claimed that the phony story was being circulated by detractors upset by his success in the rap world, where, “I came out of nowhere and just took over the streets.”

Finally earlier this year he admitted his correction officer past after denying it for several years.
Not only did this fake piece of shit steal the real Rick Ross name, he stole every aspect of his identity including the bald head with a beard look.

I’ll always point back to his GQ profile but that’s when I realized that “this guy really thinks he’s the character Rick Ross.” A few weeks ago, the real Rick Ross pointed out not only the name and illegal activities fake Ross has taken on, but he’s also adopted the beard and baldhead look.

Anyway i absolutely cant stand this fake piece of crap anymore. Everytime i hear him on the radio i just laugh at this sorry excuse for a human being. Anyone actually a fan of his? If so did you know about his past? If not what do you think of it now?

Haven't listened to him in years. But it was confirmed he was a security officer years ago, even if he never admitted to it. This was known years ago.

Really? Man that is really old. Almost as old as his fame itself. Quick Google search has him talking about it in 08.

hmm well to be honest im not a huge fan of current rap, i just know he is still really famous and making millions on someone else's name and image. I mean it's one thing to deny parts of your past, but stealing someone'sname, image, persona, and then using it to get rich?

I think it's fair to say that if we was honest about who he really was from the beginning he'd probably still be a corrections officer wishing he was famous.

I don't even listen to music anymore really. Haven't paid much attention for years now. I just remember the report and photos being out a long time ago cause he was such a big name at the time. Just like most of the recent crap it's not about the lyrics it's about the hook and a catchy beat. All it takes these days. Sad really.

I'm just glad that auto tune phase died down a bit. That shit drove me insane. One of the main reasons why I can't stand Drake, but there are plenty of reasons to hate the douche and his garbage. Drake is a major reason why I stopped tuning in to the radio even a little bit. Annoys the shit out of me. Talentless douche.

i know 95% of rappers are claiming something they are not, I knew of Ross when he got hot, he was a correctional officer, little wayne was not a blood, drake was never hard, biggie couldnt get laid untill he got paid. I just take it as entertainment. I mean look at our own birdman he has good flow but its not about his real life its entertainment. As long as the masses want to buy into it or even try to emulate the lifestyle entertainers will keep acting the part

oh and props to mr ross or roberts, he hustled up a dream to be rich and famous and succeeded.. I dont hate that at all. But if he and I were in a dark alley and he had a million dollar diamond on, I would be leaving with that shit lol. (and I am just a middle aged upper middle class suburban ite } My point is he is no where near the streets and neither are any of his colleagues

good point Cu Bu, i guess thats why i really cant stand current rap and pop music. It's all about promoting this fake image. I would stop short of giving mr roberts credit though. There is nothing original about what he has done, and his product is fucking terrible. I guess he's been recieving a lot of threats from.. well real gangsters. Cant say i'll feel sorry if this guy gets what he has coming to him.
