Pretty big news, France ust joined the USA in our war against Al Qaeda
bombing northern Mali positions that AQ affiliates have taken over, dropped 40 French soldiers in the country hoping to link up with other African fighters to take on AQ.
Also France Seal team botched a attempted rescue in SOmalia against Al Shabaab (Aq afiliate)
