This has to be the weakest UFC new years shoe ever!

Not that it is a bad card by any means, but it just doesn't continue the tradition of this being the best card of the year. I can't really blame the UFC though. Rampage-Shad, Anderson-Vitor, Brock-Shane, & Lyoto-Shogun were all suppose to be on THIS card at one point or another.

UFC 109 is even worse....it's headlined by Coleman and Couture.....

So while no true main event this card is pretty damn deep.

I think the UFC is trying to put on too many shows, but the card has some solid mid-level fighters. I think they are just trying to fix the logjam of their schedule while their big name stars get healthy. Plus this will give some guys some face time. I mean what are they or we going to do? Keep Randy fighting for 10 more years? GSP? We have to see some new blood and this is how we do it.

Yeah I don't think the card is very good. But then again the last couple havn't been any good.

I still like the headline fight for UFC 108, it should be a good one.

I dunno about the rest of the fights though.

Yeah, i'm ordering the card this Saturday because it's going to be awesome, but after that there is months of PPV's worth going to the bars or streams to watch but not worth the price of viewing. I'll probably order UFC 110 if it's made available for purchase at it's true start time, not when it's been over and done with all day. I think they did that for UFC 99. UFC 110 looks very good but there is still a chance i won't order it.

This card is going to be solid action wise, it just doesn't really have big fights on it

108 and 109 are Live on Spike cards but the ufc will still make em pay per views.. 110 is going to be epic!

Am I missing a big fight on 110 or something? The last time I looked that card was mediocre at best

Good card with Nog v Cain being a huge fight. It's always great to see Wand. Hopefully he smashed Bisping. Badar v Jardine is a pretty big fight. I don't care about Cro Cop, but he still is a semi draw I guess. Relijic's return too!

his favorite fighter is fighting ... which explains why 110 is going to be "epic"

I like Nog, and Nate, but neither is a big draw(nor is Kos vs Thiago) and Sonnen and Vera are very blah.

Is this a ppv? The New years show might get bought just to keep the new years party rolling, but this card is going to have a hard time finding buyers.

I don't care how big of a draw they are. There is some damn good fighters fighting and this card excites me.

Yeah, i hate hearing about fucking draws when we are supposed to be talking about a legitimate combat sport. Let the promoters worry about draws. We worry about seeing great fighters. I don't care if only 10 people know about a guy if he's good.
