Add Numageomedov to the list of "locks" for the year. He wrestlefucked the shit out of Kamal Shalorus and hurt him about as badly as we've ever seen. His game is legit.

Gleison

Is Tibau the least relevant UFC fighter ever? He has like 16 UFC fights and I still barely know how to spell his name. It's like a sage cast a spell on me so i can barely form a concept of who he is as a fighter. I know he is a huge jack of all trades ATT fighter. A great fighter sure, but a perennial lower middle pack guy. I almost have an antipathy for him for some unknown reason.

I find his fights to be pretty boring. You can only get so much mileage out of "This dude cuts 40 lbs to fight at LW!"

Ya man. I kind of hate him to be honest. He is also ATT which is a black mark against him too.

Silva should've had Khabib vs Melvin since I saw both fights announced today. Khabib would mess him up and they could build him up better. He will beat Tibau.

Khabib grappling is very solid. His standup is pretty wild, but the guy has off the charts power.

Tibau might be the most overlooked/undervalued fighter on the UFC roster. He is a top 10 LW on the UFC roster and borderline top 10 in all of MMA at LW. I think he pulls this one out.

Even matchup, Tibau is not highly underrated but underrated none the less. He is tough to stop and I will be shocked if Khabib does. Tibau is like the king of the doormats, if Khabib gets by him it's the fast track to a top ten ranking and upper tier relevance. If Tibau wins, he should rightfully be in the mix. I'm leaning Tibau by decision.
