We do the cinnamon to people at the gym sometimes. ITs about 50/50 either they muster it down or blow it out of every orifice visible.
I did the gallon of milk challenge adding nestle quick and held it down for the hr on a bet. I tried to throw it up afterwards but only a bit of cottoge cheese came up.

Nah, it just dries out your mouth and causes a gag reflex with most people. The other night, a teenage girl came through my line with a container of cinnamon. I asked her if it was for the challenge and she said yes. I smiled and told her good luck.
