TV shows

Couldn't find thread about TV shows. Any of you guys watch American Pickers or Pawn Stars? Not sure why I like it so much but I always watch it. They have some cool stuff sometimes.

I'm addicted to Pawn Stars i flew through season 1 and 2 on Netflix I'm gonna start watching American Pickers tonight.

Ive seen some of it and like you said some pretty cool shit. I know charlie sheen is a dick and 2.5 men is old as hell but just started watching it and the humor is great imo. Wish I would of picked it up from day one. GTL yes my girl watches it and I cant help but get sucked in sometimes and as bad as it is it makes for a good lauugh.

Yeah, sometimes they run across some cool shit. Ever watch Swamp People? It comes on the same channel but they hunt crocs, kind of crazy. They way those people talk is just so different lol

lol They talk very different in the bayou, it's not even "country" or "southern". It's has it's own dialect. I find it amusing, they have to have subtitles lol.

haha yeah my bad. His show is called Superhumans. I guess the Stan Lee-Marvel Comics connection threw me off.

It's cool. I don't much like the superhuman one, most of the people on it are people we have already seen before. The monkey man, the electric guy, etc etc etc. Anyone who watched Guinness World Records about ten years ago saw some of these same people.

Yeah and some of them are kind of frauds. Like the guy who could knock you out with his "chi". He just had brainwashed students. But some of them were kind of cool. Like the guy that could withstand 12 Gs.

Auction Hunters is kinda cool too, its on Spike, they had a marathon on it yesterday

The Gambino check on the last Pawn Stars was pretty cool. Had 3 different authentic signatures on it.

Yeah I like all of the shows mentioned in this thread accept Mardern Marvels. I always hated History Channel, but it is one of my favorite channels now.

haha same here. I use to hate the History Channel. But damn they have some shows I just can't stop watching. I started watching Swamp People when they had a marathon one day when I was sick. I just couldn't stop watching it. But I have a harder time trying to figure out why I'm so hooked on Pawn Stars? But I am hooked.

im always interested in knowing how much the item in question is worth, like some shit is just way overpriced imo

I am not into the logging show. Doscovery channel is the same way. I used to hate it and now there are kickass shows on there also.

Yeah I'm not into Axe Men either. Also like you said I'm not into Modern Marvels, I got it mixed up with Superhumans which I think is just OK. I like the show Auction Hunters on SPIKE that killer brought up. The first time I saw it was in a hotel room after the OU-Nebraska Big 12 Championship game. There was a card on SPIKE the same night so when I got to the hotel I had it on SPIKE. Auction Hunters played right after the fights(I think it was a replay from earlier in the night).
