This is only a ploy to get Zuffa to show him the money. He extends with SF three months ago and now he needs to leave? Yea, ok. He wants to be either in the UFC or have some names brought into Strikeforce. Dana White has a mancrush on Diaz and the kind of fighter he is, and now he has a vested interest in protecting one of his own organizations champions from losing to a boxer. Diaz gets what he wants

Moving to boxing will be a financial win for Vargas and a financial step backwards for Diaz who is content to blame everyone outside of himself and his mangers for his so called poor compensation. He's on the fucking door step to the $$$ even more so now with the merger right after signing an extension that see's him get 6-figures every fight. But he thinks he's gonna get prize fighting top level money in boxing? holy shit... He's gonna get his ass KO'd and have to crawl back to where his money actually exist, he'll have to play the game, but for less dough.
