If you get a chance to talk with him, please mention to your
idiot-in-residence Michael Spitsbing it’ll be a little tougher to knee
ME in the head when I’m charging at him like a runaway train and mincing
him through the fence like a boiled potato, should we ever have the
pleasure of each other’s company for a few (VERY few) moments in the
Octagon.

Oh; and I’d suggest to him being a little careful about spitting on any
of MY cornermen, since any one of them can beat him up as badly as I

Yeah that may be better than the 1 punch KO. Him really getting a 3 round beating on the bottom of Chael's gnp.

Doesn't matter to me, he doesn't stand a chance vs Sonnen or Vitor. He will get smashed either way.

Im just talking shit I think Bisping is good enough to beat these guys but he definitely needs to prove it and stop talking about it.

yeah a fancy word for a doctor that will prescribe you anabolics.

the normal healthy range is 250ng/dl to 850 ng/dl. That is a big window for a doctor to say well your on the low side here is some gear.
