I was very happy he didn't win best new artist. Him or Drake. Glad neither won. Someone I never heard of before won lol

His performance with Usher sucked.

arcade fire won album of the year. First real artist to do so in 30 years or so.

Actually the album of the year usually goes to people with talent. I never agree with it, but its the only award that doesn't go to some jackass rapper or Katy Perry types even if they are nominated. Plant/Krauss, Hancock, Ray Charles, etc have all won in the last several years. Taylor Swift is the only one that stands out as a joke

Looking at the list it is not as bad as I thought it was. The Arcade Fire album is barely in my top ten for the year but it is good to see a talented artist win in the award. The rest of the grammys were a joke as usaul though

Yeah that was an awesome song they did at the end. That's all I saw from the Grammy show. I could care less.

I thought the Dre thing was hilarious. They build it up the whole show and he's on for five seconds, lol. I have to kinda disagree with the Arcade Fire love here. They are good but they are anything but new/original. Look up half of the 80's and you'll see them.
